These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases, custom orders, and communications made through the B5 Customs website and the B5CustomsByMelanie Etsy shop. By placing an order, submitting a custom request, or interacting with our services, you agree to the following terms.

1. Orders & Customization

All items are made‑to‑order. By submitting an order or custom request, you confirm that:

• All design details, personalization, and specifications you provide are accurate

• You approve the design proof (when applicable)

• You understand that custom items may vary slightly due to materials, printing methods, or handmade processes

Once production begins, changes cannot be guaranteed.

2. Payment & Pricing

• Payment is required at the time of purchase (Etsy) or when a custom invoice is issued (website orders).

• Prices may change at any time based on materials, labor, or seasonal demand.

• Sales tax is applied where required by law.

3. Design Ownership & Usage

• You retain ownership of any artwork, logos, or images you provide.

• By submitting content, you confirm you have the rights or permission to use it.

• B5 Customs may photograph completed items and use them for marketing, listings, or social media unless you request otherwise in writing.

4. Production Time & Delivery

• Production timelines vary based on order size, customization level, and seasonal volume.

• Estimated processing times are provided but not guaranteed.

• Shipping times depend on the carrier and are outside our control.

• B5 Customs is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or incorrect shipping information.

5. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Because all items are custom‑made:

• Returns and refunds are generally not accepted.

• If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos.

• We will repair, replace, or refund the item at our discretion.

• We are not responsible for errors caused by incorrect information provided by the customer.

6. Content Guidelines

By submitting text, images, or design ideas, you agree that your content:

• Does not infringe on copyrights or trademarks

• Does not contain offensive, hateful, or inappropriate material

• Is suitable for reproduction

B5 Customs reserves the right to decline any design that violates these guidelines.

7. Liability

B5 Customs is not liable for:

• Misuse of products

• Allergic reactions to materials

• Damage caused by improper care or washing

• Delays caused by shipping carriers

Our liability is limited to the cost of the purchased item.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Mecklenburg County, North Carolina, where B5 Customs operates.
