  Custom Gifts and Apparel Terms of Service

1. Orders and Customization: By placing an order for custom apparel items through our platform, you agree to the specified design, customization details, and payment.
2. Payment and Pricing: Payment is required at the time of order placement. Prices are subject to change without notice.
3. Design Ownership:  You retain ownership of your provided designs. We reserve the right to use images of completed items for marketing purposes.
4. Production and Delivery: We aim to complete orders within the stated timeframe, but delays may occur. Shipping times vary based on location and shipping method.
5. Returns and Refunds:  Returns and refunds are generally not accepted due to the custom      nature of our products. Defective items can be returned within 7 days of receipt.
6. Content Guidelines:  You agree not to submit offensive, inappropriate, or copyrighted content. We reserve the right to reject designs that violate our guidelines.
7. Liability: We are not liable for any damages resulting from the use of our custom apparel items.
8. Governing Law:  These terms are governed by the laws of Mecklenburg County, NC.
